All of our membership options are month-to-month, start and renew on the date of first enrollment, with no day-of-week booking restrictions. Members may gift service credits to friends or family. Our memberships are a monthly commitment and are charged every month starting on the day that you first sign up.  We require a 90-day membership commitment and can cancel any time after 90 days.  To cancel you must email ethosdayspa@gmail.com stating that you would like to cancel your membership. We do not reimburse memberships if you have not been able to use them and cannot go to towards any other service. Think of this just like a gym membership. Un-used services do not roll into other months. Our cancellation policy applies to memberships. If a Member upgrades their membership level, any unused services at the time of the upgrade will roll over to the upgraded membership.
