for Ethos Day Spa
We ask that if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 2 business days' advanced notice. If it is less than 2 business days, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding, as services are often in high demand.
We ask that groups give us at least 10 business days advance notice in the event of cancellation/rescheduling. We require a credit card on file from the group organizer and a signed contract to secure group bookings. This credit card on file will be charged for 50% of all guests' services in the event of a cancellation within the 10 business day window.
How far in advance should I make appointments?
We suggest booking at least a month in advance for weekend reservations and two weeks for reservations Tuesdays-Thursdays.
Our facility has a sauna and a steam room in each locker room, and in our outdoor area we have our hot tub, two cold plunges, and a fire pit- remember to bring a bathing suit!
Our amenities are included in any spa service: facials, massage, body treatments. We currently do not offer walk in amenity usage or use with salon services.
If you are enjoying a spa service and plan on using our amenities, we suggest that you arrive at least 45 minutes before your appointment- but you may arrive as early as one hour prior to your service and utilize our amenities an hour after your service. If you enjoying our salon, we ask that you at least arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your reservation.

What if I arrive late for my reservation?
Arriving late will shorten the time of service, meaning you will still complete the service at its regularly scheduled time. Please remember that we will still need to end your service on time to ensure the next guest is not delayed.
Do I really need to fill out my forms?
Yes, please! Forms are essential to ensuring you are getting the best out of every service you receive with us.
We offer a number of add-on enhancements to our services. Add-ons can be booked at time of service or added same day based on the availability of service providers schedule
We are here to help you wash your worries away and immerse you in total relaxation. We ask that you leave your phone (and your stress) in your locker and let us take care of you for a few hours.
We have a wide variety of services that can be scheduled at the same time in different rooms. You can also connect in our co-ed lounge or outdoor amenities (hot tub, cold plunges, and fire pit) either before and/or after your service(s).
We offer couples massages, body treatments, wraps, ethos escapes, pedicures, and hot stones that can be enjoyed in the same room.
At Ethos Day Spa we follow federal and state guidelines regarding masking.
We encourage guests and employees to mask to their level of comfort. We are respectful of individual choices and the private details underlying them. If you would prefer your provider to wear a mask please let us know before your service or upon arrival.
In compliance with ADA regulations, Ethos Day Spa Welcomes guests with service animals (defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.) We do not allow pets or emotional support animals in our facilities.

Please notify us within 72 hours of your service if you would like to request a redo. A redo request will be considered if received within that time frame. The redo service must be booked within 14 days of the original service, for the same service.
At Ethos Day Spa, we take pride in offering high-quality, clean beauty and wellness products designed to support your self-care journey. Due to the nature of our skincare, wellness, and custom-made items, all product sales are final. This includes both opened and unopened items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not available once a product has been purchased. This policy ensures the safety, purity, and integrity of the products we provide to our guests.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us directly. We will review the issue in accordance with Michigan consumer protection laws and our internal policies to ensure a fair resolution.

Please be advised that Gift Certificates (GCs) are non-refundable and non-transferable. GCs expire five years after the purchase date. A $5 fee will be applied for exchanging an E-Gift Card for a physical Gift Card, for any additional requested cards, or for adding tracking to mailed physical Gift Cards to ensure secure delivery. GCs cannot be redeemed for cash and must be presented on the date of service. Ethos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Please note that prices for services are subject to change at any time.
