What you will be doing

Deliver consistently high-quality Hair services to our guests, adhering to our award-winning protocols.
Please prepare each treatment according to our specified criteria. Educate guests on the advantages of the performed service and suggest products for at-home use.
Actively promote additional Ethos Day Spa services enthusiastically and provide enhanced treatments for the exceptional guest experience.
Serve as an example of everything that is Ethos Day Spa by maintaining treatment areas to Ethos standards.
Assist in various capacities when not engaged in treatment sessions, demonstrating a readiness to undertake any task that contributes to an exceptional guest experience and the success of our business.

What skills are required

A valid state cosmetology license is required.
Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in salon or spa settings.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge about our salon’s unique hair services and treatments, along with a commitment to enhancing skills through participation in ongoing education courses.
Outstanding customer service, communication, and sales abilities are essential.
Assistance with operations when time allows, to maintain the flow of the guest experience

Willingness to partake in regular advanced education hair services to comprehend the advantages of various treatment options and effectively convey our mission of Ethical, Effective, Ethos.
